After completing 3 Architecture degrees, Michael Weber, LC ,MIES, Principal of Weber Analytics, began his lighting design career developing Fiber Optic Fixtures and Lighting Systems in the early 90s. He has remained at the forefront of accurate performance reporting and standardization ever since.

As an owner of Lightly Expressed Ltd., he created the first website in the Lighting Industry, was the first to offer independent IES test data online, and created the first internet sales channel in the industry.

He has patented innovative fixtures, advanced the industry’s first ReDuce-ReUse-ReCycle program, authored successful testing and verification grants, created a comprehensive energy calculator for refrigerated case lighting employed by General Electric, created an ISO/IEC 17025:2005 quality program, and managed NRTL luminaire tests.

He has designed luminaires and installations for clients ranging from Museums and High End Retail Stores, to Grocery Chains, Auto Assembly Lines and the DoD.
